Inclusion SK (formerly the Saskatchewan Association for Community Living) provides support in a variety of ways to individuals, parents, siblings, other family members, friends and community based organizations. We work collaboratively with the government and community based organizations to ensure that citizens of Saskatchewan who have intellectual disabilities are valued, supported and included members of society and have opportunities and choices in all aspects of life.

My Emotional Support Plan
This document guides people and their supporters through a series of worksheets that will help the individual share and negative feelings and traumatic experiences. Topics include: support preferences, making a plan to feel safe, activities to feel better, and what to do in an emergency. This document also features a section for supporters outlining best practices for supporting someone when they have experienced something traumatic.
Staying Safe On Social Media
This document educates people and their supporters on how to safely use social media and guides the individual through determining whether the information they share on social media is private or public. Through the worksheets, people can also discover what is working and what is not working about their social media experience.
My Housing Wishes
This tool was created to guide people, their support team, and others who may support decisions about housing. This tool will encourage people to think about where they currently live, what support they need in their home, housing needs that are or are not being met, and what steps they may take to ensure where they live is the best fit for their needs.
