Inclusion SK (formerly the Saskatchewan Association for Community Living) provides support in a variety of ways to individuals, parents, siblings, other family members, friends and community based organizations. We work collaboratively with the government and community based organizations to ensure that citizens of Saskatchewan who have intellectual disabilities are valued, supported and included members of society and have opportunities and choices in all aspects of life.

Branch Project Grant
What is the Branch Project Grant?
Inclusion Saskatchewan (INSK)'s Branch Project Grant provides funding to INSK Branches to develop inclusive projects. "Projects" include programs, activities, and initiatives that promote INSK's Mission and Vision.
Who can apply?
This funding is only for Branches of INSK. Branches may partner with another local organization to deliver their project.

What types of projects can receive funding?
This funding is for projects that:

include people with and without intellectual disabilities,
-
meet the needs of the community, and
-
are in and for Saskatchewan.
What types of projects can not receive funding?
This funding is not for projects that:
-
are only for people with intellectual disabilities,
-
exclude people with intellectual disabilities, and
-
subsidize the wages of people with intellectual disabilities.

How can this funding be used?
This funding can be used for the costs of running the project. This includes administration costs and staff wages.

How much funding is available?
INSK's Branch Project Grant provides funding for up to three years. On average, Branches can expect to receive between $5,000 to $6,000 per year.

Applications must be sent using the form here by 11:59 PM on February 15th.

Inclusive Recreation Grant
What is the Inclusive Recreation Grant?
Inclusion Saskatchewan (INSK)'s Inclusive Recreation Grant provides funding for inclusive recreation programs. This funding is generously provided by Inclusion Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan Lottery Trust Fund (SLTF), and the Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association (SPRA).
Who can apply?
This funding is only for Branches of INSK. Branches may partner with another local organization to deliver their program.
What types of programs can receive funding?
This funding is for programs that:

focus on recreation,
-
include people with and without intellectual disabilities,
-
meet the needs of the community, and
-
are in and for Saskatchewan.
Programs must also do at least one of the following:
-
increase people's physical activity,
-
remove barriers to recreation activities by reducing cost or improving access, or
-
provide opportunities for youth to grow their leadership skills.
What types of programs can not receive funding?
This funding is not for programs that:
-
are only for people with intellectual disabilities,
-
exclude people with intellectual disabilities, and
-
subsidize the wages of people with intellectual disabilities.
How can this funding be used?
This funding can be used for the costs of running the program. This includes administration costs and staff wages.
How much funding is available?

Training and Support Grant
What is the Training and Support Grant?
Inclusion Saskatchewan (INSK)'s Training and Support Grant provides funding for INSK Members to attend training events.
Who can apply?
This funding is only for INSK Members, including members of INSK Branches.
What types of training is this funding for?
This funding is for upcoming training events about intellectual disabilities, such as:
-
conferences,
-
workshops,
-
seminars, or
-
other training events.
What types of training is this funding not for?
This funding is not for past events or credit courses, such as:
-
college or university classes,
-
certificate programs, or
-
any other credit program.
How can this funding be used?
This funding can be used for the costs of attending a training event. This includes transportation, registration fees, direct support costs, and personal care or accessibility equipment rentals. This funding can not be used for educational books or other materials.
How much funding is available?
INSK's Training and Support Grant provides up to $1,000 per applicant in a calendar year. Because funding is limited, applicants are encouraged to explore all other funding options.
