We are seeking a Director of Supports, in Regina or the southern region of Saskatchewan, to fill a 12-18 month leave beginning January 2026. This role leads our government relationship work, assists with and leads systemic projects, and oversees a provincial team of Consultants who provide navigational support and advocacy to people with intellectual disabilities. The successful candidate must have an intrinsic understanding of person-centred culture and disability movements. Experience with leadership, systemic change, and managing large teams is an asset.
Duties Include:
Monitoring and supporting a provincial team- Tracking, analyzing, and identifying trends to inform our systemic initiatives.
Managing projects and systemic advocacy that focus on a variety of areas such as deinstitutionalization, income supports, healthcare, etc.
Maintain a broad range of community contacts, including government officials and other external organizations.
Work with and effectively include people with lived experience who help lead the direction of our work
Qualifications:
Must have a bachelors degree. A degree in the human services or a related field is preferred but relevant experience will also be considered.
