Inclusion Saskatchewan's Nominating Committee is seeking qualified candidates to serve on the Board of Directors.
The following positions will be open for election at the Annual Meeting of Members on June 6, 2021:
President: one position for a two-year term
Vice President: one position for a one-year term
Treasurer: one position for a two-year term
Director at Large: three positions for two-year terms
Self-Advocate Director at Large: one position for a two-year term
The Committee is seeking qualified candidates to play a role in the stewardship of an organization that reflects values such as inclusion, respect and dignity, accountability, cooperation and collaboration, integrity and honesty, and other attributes representing leading-edge governance of a provincial organization.
Nominees must be Members of Inclusion Saskatchewan in Good Standing and have a commitment to Inclusion Saskatchewan's mission, which is to ensure that citizens of Saskatchewan who have intellectual disabilities are valued, supported, and included members of society and have opportunities and choices in all aspects of life.
