Family Conference & AGM Registration Now Open


Join Inclusion Saskatchewan for a weekend of fun in Regina!

Friday, May 31st will feature the ICAN Self Advocacy Workshop. This workshop is for individuals aged 18+ who experience an intellectual disability and wish to develop leadership skills, talk about their lives, challenge barriers in their communities, and improve awareness of disability issues. This group holds 3 yearly events in various communities across the province. Registration for the ICAN Workshop can be found here.

Saturday, June 1st will feature the annual Family Conference. The theme of the conference is Planning for the Future. Keynote speakers Jodi, Jim & Diane Reid will share their experiences and learnings about inclusive education, post-secondary education, employment, and housing. Other presentations will include a panel on inclusive housing and a discussion on wills, trusts, estate planning, and RDSPs. The Conference will be followed by a dinner & dance.

Sunday, June 2nd will feature the 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). This meeting will set the direction for Inclusion Saskatchewan for the upcoming year. While this event is open to the public, only Members of Inclusion Saskatchewan may participate in the discussions.
