Patrick's Story.
When we first met Patrick, he was looking for a job. Around the same time, Ron Schira, the owner of Schira Subways, was inspired by our Ready Willing & Able presentation and had contacted us about his idea to employ greeters at his restaurants. After a few meetings with our Employment & Transitions Facilitator, we helped Patrick create a resume, prepare for his interview, and line up a job coach. Patrick got the job and became the first greeter hired by Schira Subways.
