Inclusion SK (formerly the Saskatchewan Association for Community Living) provides support in a variety of ways to individuals, parents, siblings, other family members, friends and community based organizations. We work collaboratively with the government and community based organizations to ensure that citizens of Saskatchewan who have intellectual disabilities are valued, supported and included members of society and have opportunities and choices in all aspects of life.

The areas we provide support include:
Executive Assistant
Inclusion Saskatchewan (INSK), the leading non-profit organization supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in Saskatchewan, seeks a full-time Executive Assistant. Under the direction of the Assistant Executive Director, Operations (AEDO), the Executive Assistant supports two Boards of Directors as well as Inclusion Saskatchewan's senior leadership team, which includes coordinating meetings and events, making travel arrangements, maintaining filing systems, and taking minutes. The Executive Assistant handles logistics, helps plan events, tracks data, compiles reports, coordinates IT, provides backup reception coverage, and performs other duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications:
Completion of a post-secondary office administration program or University degree
Minimum of 1 year experience in board administration and a working knowledge of Robert's Rules
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader, and database management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities with a high attention to detail
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Must successfully pass a criminal record check and vulnerable sector search
